FERA-SAA-FSE Reply to Convergence Green Paper

On the 24th of April the Commission published a Green Paper called “Preparing for a Fully Converged Audiovisual World:Growth, Creation and Values,” perhaps more adequately named “Internet on TV, TV on Internet,” as their press release states. Convergence is therefore to be understood as “the progressive merger of traditional broadcast services and the internet.”
